First and foremost, I hope this post finds you healthy and well. While we progress through these uncertain times, the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) has become an evolving public health issue.  Affecting those across the world and close to home. Trevera Solutions has made it a priority and is committed to protect the health, safety and well-being of our customers, suppliers, partners, employees, families, and communities.

Trevera Solutions remains fully operational, functioning, and committed to supporting our trading partners. For over 15 years, Trevera has utilized and leveraged a predominantly remote team, as a result this evolution in our work habits has caused only our headquarters’ staff to operate remotely. We are dedicated to supporting our trading community to a greater extent, especially during the current crisis. As a result of feedback, Trevera is now offering expanded services to assist various areas in alignment with the needs our clients. Trevera will offer services that help support the management of a remote workforce, managed services automation (MSA), & data entry, and can be implemented quickly, as Trevera is ready and able to support you. Should there be any interruptions that impact a trading partner, we are here to assist you and work towards mitigating the interruption as quickly. In consideration of hardship, coupled with our commitment to you, these services will be provided as economically possible. While respecting governing / public health parameters, social distancing and the necessary controls to keep the team safe, we are still maintaining our Headquarters and accepting scheduled controlled access as needed. Although we foresee minimal requirements for office access, we have implemented virus mitigating controls to ensure the office environment is safe for those that use it. We have also requested each staff member to take the appropriate hygiene measures, as recommended by the CDC; hand washing, social distancing, cleaning their own office surfaces regularly, and assisting with cleaning areas after visits.
